Elbow

While wrist injuries are the most common serious injuries suffered by pickleball players, tennis elbow is the most common minor injury. In most cases it is a stress injury caused by poor technique. In some cases, it is caused by poor equipment choices, such as racquets that are too light. Strengthening the small muscles in the elbow is the best way to prevent the development of tennis elbow and the first step toward healing it.
