Thera-Band® Hand Exerciser

Highly recommended for forearm strengthening, especially in new players.

Thera-Band® Hand Exercisers are specially formulated exercisers provided in a progressive sequence of three translucent colors and the XL size. They’re used for hand, finger and forearm strengthening, as well as hot and cold therapy.

Place a Hand Exerciser into the microwave or refrigerator for hot or cold use.

Yellow: 1.5 lbs. of force at 50% compression

Green XL: 5 lbs. of force at 50% compression

Blue XL: 8 lbs. of force at 50% compression

Black XL: 17 lbs. of force at 50% compression
