THERA-BANDS 5′

Description

Each band insert contains a Basic Exercise Guide with 17 common exercises for the neck, shoulder, back, foot and ankle. It also refers patients to www.TheraBandAcademy.com for free printable exercises for all applications.

Individual packs are available in Red and Green. Each band is 5’L x 5.5”W.

Color-coded progressive resistance gives at-a-glance documentation of progress from one level to the next.

Resistance levels are determined by thickness of the Thera-band, increasing in difficulty.

RED (medium resistance) – Suitable for smaller adults/seniors
GREEN (heavy resistance) – Suitable for most adult men/women

OK PICKLEBALL CANADA supports the growth of pickleball in Canada. We employ several certified pickleball coaches who also work in our southwest Calgary store. We also work with community associations and help them create their own financially sustainable pickleball programs for seniors and for non-seniors.
